On 1 August 2022, Access and Beyond Durban gained a new member as part of Support. Muhamed Khan carries with him exceptional on-the-ground experience and encompasses a wide range of product knowledge. After just completing his probation period, Muhamed Khan has quickly become a great team member and is always enthusiastic to learn new things and assist wherever possible.
Here are a few words from Moh, “I’m glad to be a part of the team and I hope that I will be able to assist with the queries that come through. Always ready to help and I believe that with a little help we can accomplish so much more than we think. As I was growing I’ve always been told to help others and finally, I’ve found the perfect job to do just that. From being a field technician when you are out on site I’m able to understand how the site is run which makes it a whole lot easier to provide the support you need.
Not only support, I’m also able to assist to put a solution together to cater to your specific needs whether it’s on CCTV or access control.
Being in this industry for over 8 years has definitely helped me understand the challenges technicians and business developers face when dealing with putting the systems together. I hope that this journey at Access and Beyond is a good one and I’m able to assist everyone that requires it.”
